How to Nominate a Candidate for Support
Do you know someone whose life could be transformed by the work of Vital Impact Foundation?
We welcome your nominations of individuals who would benefit from healing, restoration, empowerment, and aesthetic services through The Healing Project and our C.A.R.E. programs.
Who Can Be Nominated?
Individuals of any age or background who:
Have experienced trauma, hardship, or loss
Are underserved or without access to self-care or aesthetic services
Are seeking restoration of confidence, dignity, and self-worth
Are committed to healing and personal growth
Organizations or groups may also nominate deserving candidates from within their communities.
How to Nominate:
Complete the Nomination Form
Fill out the simple nomination form on our website. You will be asked to provide:
The candidate’s name and contact information
A brief summary of their story or need
How you believe Vital Impact Foundation’s programs could help them
Any relevant background or supporting details
Submit Supporting Information (Optional)
You may upload photos, letters of recommendation, or any other documents that help tell the candidate’s story.
Submit Your Nomination
Once your form is complete, click Submit Nomination.
Our team will review all submissions with care and compassion.
Selection Process:
Nominations are reviewed on a rolling basis by the Vital Impact Foundation Selection Committee.
We will contact you and your nominee if they are selected for support.
Important Notes:
Nominations can be submitted by family members, friends, colleagues, or community members.
Individuals may also nominate themselves if they feel they would benefit.
All nominations are kept confidential.
